Congratulations to my friend, Kayla, who has been accepted to serve
in Zambia with the Catholic Medical Missions Board. She is a model
of Christian discipleship and an inspiration to all who know her.
Speaking of mission trips, I was recently quoted in the
Examiner for a story about cancellations due to violence and the
swine flu.
My brother, Robert, was recently featured on the Unity site. His
reflections on how his peace-filled experiences at their
beautiful campus helped him during his tour in Iraq makes for an
inspiring read.
